  most expensive in Crawley, charged me £82 to repair a stone chip I didn't make, insurance companies do this for free don't they! staff were all but useless, asked to inspect van before hire which they refused to do as they couldn't be bothered, work colleague had similar problems, I would choose another company, there are plenty and cheaper too, I've been waiting 2 weeks for customer service to contact me, still no joy, my company and the 500 staff who work for me wont be using this company in the future, you've been warned - Europcar = Europcrap.
